Insurance: ​

• Some therapist are in-network with Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Lyra EAP, & Optum/United Healthcare

• We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance carriers and can provide a Super-bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

• We accept HSA/FSA cards.

• Please feel free to contact us for questions about insurance.

• Copayments and full-service fees are received in the form of cash or credit card and all payments will be expected at the time of the service.

Rates:

• Please contact each provider for their rates for services.

Cancellation:

• When cancellation is required, please contact your therapist directly or via the client portal at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment - to avoid any fees.

Late Cancellations & No Shows:

• Cancellations less than 48 hours and a no show for a scheduled psychotherapy session will result in the regular session fee, as a professional time commitment has been designated specifically for you.

• All professional service fees are received in the form of cash or credit card and the payments will be expected at the time of the service.​

Late Cancellations and No Shows: 

• Cancellations less than 48 hours and a no show for a scheduled clinical supervision meeting will result in a fee (regular supervision fee), as a professional time commitment has been designated specifically for you.
